Cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your account.

Steps

1. Sign in, open the account menu and choose My account.
2. Open the Subscription tab (direct link).
3. Click Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm with Confirm cancellation.

What happens next

• No further payment is taken.
• You keep everything you paid for until the end date shown, then your account returns to the free version.
• You can change your mind before that date with Resume my subscription.

Special cases

• Subscription taken on the App Store or Google Play: Apple and Google only let you change or cancel it from their store. Use Manage in the store.
• You paid for a subscription that does not show in your account: on the same tab, use Find it with the email you paid with.
• Deleting your account stops a subscription immediately: cancel first if you want to keep your access until the end of the period (see Export your data or delete your account).
