Credits reserved for a processing that fails are given back automatically. You do not need to ask.
What to try
- Launch it again once.
- Try with another copy of the file: a damaged file, or a video without sound for a tool that works on speech, cannot be processed.
- Check the length and format of the video against the tool's article.
A processing is taking long
Long videos and heavy tools (subtitles, reframing, background removal) take more time. You can keep the page open and come back to it. If you cancel: Nothing was kept, and no credit was used.
